注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Do not use this sensor in applications involving serious risk to life or property; it is not designed for safety-critical systems.

2 Strictly adhere to the rated specifications (power supply voltage, operating temperature range, load current) to avoid sensor damage or malfunction.

3 When connecting DC 2-wire models to a PLC, ensure the following conditions are met: VON ≤ VCC - VR, IOFF ≥ Ileak, and IOUT (min) ≤ ION ≤ IOUT (max); refer to the engineering data for detailed calculation examples.

4 Maintain the specified clearances from surrounding metal during mounting (as per the Influence of Surrounding Metal table) to prevent performance degradation.

5 To avoid mutual interference between multiple sensors, keep the minimum distances specified (use models with different frequencies if closer mounting is required).

6 Follow the recommended tightening torque for clamping nuts (e.g., M12:30 N·m, M18:70 N·m, M30:180 N·m) to prevent damage to the sensor or mounting surface.

7 For DC 2-wire PUR cable models, the cable can be extended up to 200 meters using separate metal conduit; ensure proper insulation and shielding during extension.

8 For AC 2-wire models: when using 24 VAC power supply, ensure the operating ambient temperature is at least -25°C; for M18/M30 connector models operating at 70-85°C, limit the load current to 5-200 mA.

9 For AC/DC 2-wire models: use a sine wave power supply; rectangular AC power may cause reset issues.

10 Do not short-circuit the load (risk of explosion or burning) and do not supply power to the sensor without a load (may cause damage).
