注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Power supply: Do not apply AC voltage to this DC model; use an insulated transformer for DC power supply (avoid auto-transformers)

2 Wiring: Follow correct pin arrangement for M12 connector; do not short-circuit the load (though protected); avoid extending cable beyond 200m; keep cable away from high-tension lines (use independent metal conduit if necessary); do not apply tractive force over50N to the cable

3 Mounting: Do not strike the sensor with a hammer during installation (risk of damage/water resistance loss); tighten the M8 brass nut with torque ≤4N·m and use a washer; maintain required clearance from surrounding metal (refer to mutual interference specs for non-shielded M8 sensors); do not use underwater or expose directly to rain (cover from water-soluble machining oil for better reliability)

4 Maintenance: Periodically check for mounting position deviation/looseness, loose wiring/connections, metal powder accumulation, abnormal temperature/environment, and proper operation of the yellow LED indicator; do not disassemble or repair the sensor
