注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Mounting: Maintain recommended clearances from surrounding metal to avoid performance deterioration; use toothed washer and two clamping nuts for secure mounting; do not tighten nuts with excessive force (follow torque guidelines for M12 shielded models)

2 Mutual interference: Keep minimum distances between sensors (30mm for same frequency,20mm for different frequencies for M12 shielded models); use different frequency models if close mounting is needed

3 Electrical connections: Ensure PLC and sensor specs match (ON voltage ≤ VCC-VR; OFF current ≥ leakage current; ON current within sensor's control output range); do not short the load (risk of explosion/burning); do not supply power without load (may damage sensor)

4 Environment: Do not use beyond rated ambient temperature or with condensation/icing; avoid exposure to environments beyond IP67 protection

5 Cable handling: Do not pull or twist the cable excessively; when extending, use separate metal conduit and ensure total length does not exceed 200m

6 Maintenance: Regularly check for oil or debris on sensing surface; replace cable if damaged (follow Omron guidelines)
