The ESD224 is a bidirectional TVS ESD protection diode array suitable for high-speed applications such as USB 3.0 and HDMI 2.0. The ESD224's rated ESD shock dissipation value reaches the highest level specified in the IEC61000 - 4 - 2 (Level 4) international standard. The ESD224 uses on-chip differentially matched series components to improve the downstream ESD clamping performance while maintaining the signal compliance of high-speed interfaces. The on-chip ESD protection network of the ESD224 provides ultra-low clamping performance and high differential bandwidth, enabling the device to meet the HDMI2.0 standard and providing robust protection for downstream HDMI devices. The ESD224 is available in the industry-standard USON - 10(DQA) package. This package features a 0.5mm lead pitch, which simplifies implementation and shortens design time.
